And how would you differentiate between insanity and a "functional monster"? What does it take to be included in those categories?

That's very interesting, I've never heard of such things.

I've spoken to him at length as well, and it seems that I used to live with him. I'm relieved to know that someone else views him in a way similar to mine.

I don't know many of the details but... we're created personalities implanted into this body. We're not naturally occurring in any way.

In being created... it omits Shinji from the normal characteristics of a sociopath.
