[Liquid is downstairs when he notices it. He wouldn't have cared - Kazuhiko has the right to the use of his own NV after all - if he had not noticed the video. That was the sky. Kazuhiko was outside? At the least he's grateful for the angle of the video; it kept the location hidden. However, that still meant that the man was exerting himself while he was meant to be recovering.

He heads to the room without a thought, hoping that's where the man is and that he hasn't just gone wandering.]

Not by the law, no. But by someone with a personal vendetta against me. [He leans softly against the edge of the roof. He's still out of breath, nauseated by the pain from his thigh mostly. Stairs aren't good for gunshots in one's thigh.]

[A minute laugh.] Yes, thank you for understanding. I don't need more blood on my conscience. If I can just stay away from people than chance them being hurt.

[There's a soft sigh before he grips hard onto the edge of the roof to ease himself down into a sit. His leg is stuck out in front of him, straight, stiff, in pain. There's a sharp wince as he plops the rest of the way, his hand flying to his side wound.]
