[voice] why so cute Tamaki xD successoroftime March 29 2010, 15:40:22 UTC
It's nice to see that someone's still enthusiastic. Congratulations! I hope things go well for you.

I'll keep an eye out for the ink you're looking for the next time I go out. What do you use it for?

[video] it's a case of "so stupid he's cute" I think |D daddydaioh March 29 2010, 15:53:22 UTC
Good morning, Watanuki! And how are you today? Ah, I am always enthusiastic--it is one of my many charms. I think everything would be better if everyone were so enthusiastic! And thank you for the congratulations! I am sure that things will go very well for me indeed. These jobs are perfect for me, and my luck is impeccable!

Oh, that would be much appreciated! I am putting together a book of Beautiful and Wonderful Things to be Appreciated in the city! It has recently come to my attention that no one is able to see the loveliness of their surroundings here, so I have taken it upon myself to direct their thinking. I made a book for Mr. Edgeworth, but then I forgot some very beautiful things, so I am working on the sequel. But I am thinking of mass producing them, because everyone could stand to appreciate beauty more, don't you think?

[video] xDDD how about 'endearingly oblivious'? successoroftime March 29 2010, 16:34:21 UTC
I'm doing well enough, thank you. [a slight pause] Luck is useful enough in a place like this. May it be on your side.

[he laughs] If that book is for Edgeworth, I'm sure he'll need it. He takes things too seriously at times. Mass producing them could be good, but won't you first need a big capital for that?

[video] I'll go for that! Oblivious is probably one of his middle names! daddydaioh March 29 2010, 16:46:32 UTC
That is good to hear! Oh, don't worry about me, I have buckets and buckets of luck! I am practically made of luck! There is nothing that could change that, not even this city!

That's what I said! He needs it! Do you know, he has spent over a year in Paris and never went to the Eiffel Tower? He said he didn't need to! Inexcusable! He is incapable of seeing beauty at this time, but he will know it as an old friend by the time that I am done with him! Er, well, I was going to start small and produce them myself at first, and then eventually use the increasing popularity of my name to secure money to do the rest! I am going to be quite famous very shortly, you know!

Edgeworth is stubborn, but maybe his temperament can be remedied yet. And he did mention that he likes reading.

[he quite liked Tamaki's optimism, and if the sheer blunt force trauma of that cheerfulness didn't get through Edgeworth... he wondered how extreme the measures they need to take should be.]

That's quite ambitious. [a thoughtful glance. How one approached life greatly influenced how one saw opportunity.] If there's any one of us who can do it, maybe it's you.

[video] you have NO idea. It's such a pain to try and get anything monogrammed u_u daddydaioh March 29 2010, 19:30:48 UTC
He enjoys reading? That is a surprise! He told me that he wouldn't read the book, so I have to read it to him. Which is not a problem for me, of course--I LOVE reading aloud to an audience, even an audience of one, and I have such a fine voice for it! But, still, if he enjoys reading, it seems strange that he would refuse to read such a fine book as I am producing.... Hm! A mystery, indeed!

Really? You think so? Ah, how sweet of you to say! Well, rest assured that I will only ever use my star power for good and for the benefit of all! Beginning, of course, with the production of this most important book!

[video] will it at least fit at one corner of a tablecloth? successoroftime March 30 2010, 00:12:09 UTC
He can be confusing at times. I'd tell you to not let his sourness affect you, but you seem to be doing a fine job of that already.

I look forward to seeing what you'll do, Tamaki. But take care not to overdo it!

[video] more like it takes up a whole tablecloth... daddydaioh March 30 2010, 00:37:02 UTC
Oh, he is not sour! Well, he presents the image of such, certainly, but I am keen enough to be able to determine that such an image is simply not true! It is never true, but always a front for someone's true nature! And that is what I will discover!

Overdo it? Ahaha, you can never become too famous, can you?

[video] damn expensive tablecloth it should be, used only in the most formal occasions. successoroftime March 30 2010, 00:47:13 UTC
What do you suppose his true nature is, then?

[. . .] Too much of one thing can bring about imbalance. That could be disastrous.

[video] we don't even use it, we just hang it on a wall and let people admire it daddydaioh March 30 2010, 06:56:22 UTC
Well... That, I cannot determine without getting to know him a little better. But I am sure that I will do so in a very short amount of time! And I already have some clues: for instance, I know that he isn't as standoffish as he likes people to think, because he invited me to his house! And we were near strangers at the time! Isn't that friendly of him? So he can't be all bad, of course, or else he wouldn't have given me his address!

I...see. [Lying.] That is very wise of you, to be sure! But, ah, what would be the imbalance be in being famous?

He can be a pretty reliable guy, I suppose. His motivations are usually straightforward.

Most things have their pros and cons. It's pretty common to hear stories about well-known personalities having their lives ruined because of the pressure that comes with fame. [pauses. That kind of problem, on the other hand, did come with a certain type of personality] But perhaps that won't necessarily apply to you.
