- There is a grand fireworks display after siren, powered by unmatched pyrotechnical wizardry as only Siren's Port can pulls off. It is visible from anywhere island-wide, set off by brave daredevils from the city's Fire Department. Because secured outdoor viewing could not be scheduled this year, people are encouraged to watch safely from behind darkness-proofed windowpanes, and they will also be shown televised from cameras atop the city's radio broadcasting tower.

It can be guaranteed that creatures in the darkness will be more aggressive than usual because of all the lights and noise.

Governor Takes Post, Makes First Stand For Neutrality
Siren's Port's new Governor, Reginald Townshed, will be sworn into office at noon on the steps of City Hall. AGI & SERO's public relations officers contacted the neutral victor earlier this week immediately after the announcement of election results, regarding plans to send company representatives to be present at the oath-swearing. They offered to shake hands with the police chief, new governor, and one another in a visible sign of peace and cooperation for the island. After a month of rioting and civil unrest, many at the government building seemed vocally enthusiastic about this idea. However, Townshed has reportedly turned down the corporate agenda, insisting that the civic ceremony for governorship shall remain free of any business imprint at all.
