After all, he does look pretty much exactly like him, with the hair and the eyes and the fussy child-sized suit - and that scowl, that's a familiar one. And he sounds like him, too, with his diction incredibly precise, even if his voice is now high and piping and childish.]
Certain individuals have been hiding the crimes which have been committed against them. This is unacceptable. After all, a number of you have been subjected to assault by one Ms. Ripley, previously of the Sparks Casino, now fugitive from the law. And a number of you, likewise, are also hiding the fact of this assault, too embarrassed to be seen as either younger or older than you are.

I acknowledge that this state is an embarrassing one, without question. But without your cooperation, we cannot bring her to justice, because we will not be able to track her and we will not be able to bring charges once she's apprehended. So I'm setting an example, here and now: this is excruciating, yes, but every one of you who has been affected must step forward and report the crime to the police. Because justice is more important than personal dignity.
