Showdown at the Underground Mall
A breaking news report - the article states that on the night of January 20, there was a large disturbance in the Underground Mall. The writer reports that it was the cause of a bounty hunter chase starting above ground and ending up in the black market district of the Underground Mall. The reporter goes on to state that it was quite a show for everyone who witnessed it, as the hunt was being conducted by the famous bounty hunter Non and his winged companion Avrianthe. In great, dramatic detail, the article describes how the winded looking Congo troll dashed through the Underground, tackling a large amorphous target that has been identified only as "Selph." This target was found above ground and retreated underground to try to hide, causing the destruction of a coffee shop and a curio shop, as well as setting fire to parts of the Center Food Court before attempting to retreat to the black market. The article reports that the small, birdlike winged 'angel' managed to trap the target in the middle of a corridor, allowing time for Non to jump from a four storey building and tackle the creature. A violent battle ensued, destroying sidewalks and damaging the foundation of a small section of the Underground Mall. Eventually the target was sedated, confined, and the last reported sighting of the hunter pair stated that they were wordlessly dragging their bounty out of the Underground Mall, leaving a crowd of people behind who were either clapping or running for cover.
Estimated: over $3 million in damages to the Underground Mall.
Obituary
Anthony Grimspeak, an upper-level SERO representative, was found dead in his office, face down in a pool of blood. He leaves a family of three behind. Services will be held at the Centurion Memorial Center.
