[ Kyouya is smiling and looking polite as ever. After all, there would certainly be no benefit in appearing unsure or apprehensive about finding himself in this situation once again, now would it? ]
As some of you know, my name is Ohtori Kyouya. I was previously here some ten months ago, under… less than desirable circumstances. [ not that those circumstances had changed that much however… ] From what I gather about recent events, there has been a great deal going on. So… forgive me if I may ask a few questions. To get a more personal view on the subject, so to speak.
[ He pauses for a moment. He knew that neither Tamaki nor Haruhi would probably appreciate some of the questions Kyouya was asking. However, there were some things he needed to know, and this seemed like the best course of action by far.

Are the factions still as… disreputable as they were a few months ago? Have any individuals had positive experiences with the factions?

And if you have not, what would you suggest for an individual… eager to make a decent contribution to this society? [ Read: An individual who wishes to wield as much power and influence as he once did where he came from. ]
