[Sherlock can't tell if his vision is getting cloudy or if rain is just blurring it. The smell of wet pavement is overwhelming, mixed with the metallic taste of the blood in his mouth. Luckily the fight is not completely gone from him. A braver Heartless twitches closer, trying to inspect his wound, but he kicks it with enough force to send it bowling backwards away from him.]
[ Then from above, through the rain, comes a volley of shots from an often-practiced slingshot. It's not enough to kill creatures like this, but that's not really her aim. In the next second she's hitting the ground next to Sherlock, already looking for a way to haul him to his feet. ]
[The Heartless scatter when a more able opponent attacks them. Sherlock groans and tries to push himself up, but he feels the skin on his side just tear more and falls back down with a splash and a groan.
Damn the rain. Everything felt cold.]
