I don't know how people stand this place.  Not the... city itself or the people, but the air.  I've been washing every day and I still feel greasy and dirty.  I think it's the air.  I feel like I'm coming down with something too, and Nuggen only knows what that's from.

I've never seen so many people living together.  Even at Kneck Valley.  The place was filthy, but the air wasn't.

I don't know.  [Sighs.]  At least the people here seem nice.  Most of the ones I've met, anyway.  And Mal's here, so I know he's safe.  Ish.

I do need to start looking for a job, though.
