The media in this world is horribly unpoetic. Nothing of heroes and proper wars or the things of epic poetry. Instead there are... monstrosities.
[Whoops. Someone made the choice to go see the terribad 50's movies late at night-- most likely what he ended up seeing were all the monster movies.]
Monsters. Creatures to be feared and to be hunted.
[He pauses, musing for a moment before adding--]
My friend, do you fly away now?
To a world that abhors you and I?
All that awaits you is a somber morrow
No matter where the winds may blow
