Eleventh Frost -- Video

May 25, 2011 00:27

People celebrate the coming of summer far too early. [Though celebrating summer at all is heinous to him in general, so . . .] I fail to see what appeal it holds; what precisely is wrong with spring, if being outdoors is part of this appeal?

[The words themselves might be cranky, but his tone isn't for a change. It's more contemplative than anything. He's been in that kind of mood, lately. Hell, he doesn't even know why he's making this post.]

[He's also come to be in an even rarer mood today. The video shows him, oddly enough, sitting near what appear to be some fruit-bearing trees made from pure ice, with a phoenix in the same medium gazing happily up at the branches. (One would have to be on-site to see that Hitsugaya himself is resting against a dragon sculpted of ice that watches intently over the phoenix.) All of the figures are in fine detail, and even those with an eye for art would note that they are very well-made.]

Some things honestly don't bear celebrating. At least not in certain circumstances. It's foolish. [Very perceptive folks might get the impression that he's not talking about the seasons anymore. That thoughtful quality hasn't left his voice at all.]

[OOC: This lovely scene is over near the shores of Winthers Lake, if anyone would like to come bug him.]
