1. What are your abilities? - I have the ability to see and read souls. I can also connect my soul to that of any Weapon I find interesting enough, shift my own wavelength to match any I see and understand. I can also resonate with my own soul to use it as its own weapon.
2. Did you have your abilities upon entering Siren's Port? - No. I was born with them.

No. Shinigami manipulate their own spiritual energy; they can't affect the energy outside of them. They also purify corrupt souls, not destroy them.
