Hello, my name is Kazuhiko Amamiya. It seems that I have been here before, outside of my knowledge.
If there's anyone with any sort of information on the finer details of this world, and my prior attendance, I would like to ask to hear it.

I have been warned of many people in this world. As this city, like all others, has its dangers. But there are more here than I would have expected, barring the monsters that exist at night.
There has been discussion of ways to combat this, including some that, in my opinion, would only lead to more destruction and unnecessary loss of life. Every life is precious; even those who have committed wrong. That is certain.
I cannot approach this situation from a large scale, as I am not, and do not want to be, part of the police force of Siren's Port. However, I would like the thoughts of the people on the subject of a small group, one person or possibly a partnership, who would work within the boundaries of the law to investigate on a private basis.
Would you trust an agency of this sort? Do you think, on a personal rather than a city-wide perspective, that this could be effective?
