It was not my decision. Grell Sutcliff brought them home. However, they are now my responsibility, so I plan on raising them correctly.

My vice-captain. She's competent and trustworthy in the field, but slacks on her office work because it's "boring." I can't count the number of times I've had to jolt her out of naps or hangovers in the midst of a work-day.

And she's held her rank for longer than I've held mine. She's perfectly capable of doing the work. But now that she has a superior officer, she seems to feel it's not part of her job description anymore.

Honestly, I believe it is the same way with Grell Sutcliff. I know he has the ability to do his job correctly, but he would rather cause mischief.
