It wouldn't be entirely correct. If a miracle exists for someone's life, I can certainly find it and grant it to that person. But, I wouldn't be its cause.

It has to, doesn't it? When fate is changed, it's usually because a miracle has occurred.

Miracles could just be coincidences. What makes a miracle a miracle, besides being previously thought impossible?

They're events that have an extremely low chance of occurring - say one out of one quadrillion. So, a miracle can be a coincidence, but never the other way around.
