Hello Raven. There's a tea shop in Sector Three which is good. There's some loose tea in my condo in the kitchen. It has the address on it. If you like Earl Grey you may have it.

Pretty well, I think. [After that mishap with the water.] It's definitely an improvement over the other places I'd been staying, in terms of comfort. How are you doing?

There's some rosehip with lemon in a tin near the coffee pot. You are welcome to some of it. I made that blend however, so I'm afraid you can't buy it, although I can always make more.

I'm glad. I've...been better. But I've also been a great deal worse.

Odds are, we'll be having more people coming to live at the building. I was wondering if you would like me to install dampers in the walls of your apartment so you may have your solitude? I understand the reason for requiring it.
