Power Information: Control over the rate of cellular growth. Basically, he can speed up cell tissue to a faster rate of healing OR accelerate it until it becomes a neoplasm OR slow down the growth rate of cancerous tissue. Still under training for use of his power in medical practice.

Living Information: With Vincent Law, in a modern/minimalist 2 bedroom apartment on the border of Sector 2 & 4, near the broadcasting station.
Lately he's taken to spending the night at Franz d'Epinay's place on and off. Also, Vincent Law will soon be leaving the city, so he WILL need a replacement roommate for a solid month and a half till his lease is up, he may even take in a boarder for free if you win over enough of his sympathies. I Am Looking For: Excuses to get him in deeper with SERO. People with interesting genetic makeup. People who will humor long-winded philosophy discussions. People who will challenge his will, or look into his rule-bending. After testifying against AGI, he is on their not-happy-with lists, and I wouldn't mind someone psychologically messing with him, or being physically intimidating, so if you've got a character who will shake his practical routines up a bit, let me know!

Absolutely, doctor buddies! Helen would totally impress Daedalus with her scope of knowledge, and...yes yes, I would absolutely love some more interaction with these two.

You shall so definitely have some more interaction :D And she will talk forever and a day about abnormals and all that she knows, you might have to stop her. Or get her started. They might all be in the same boat but she needs to know trust first.

Ahh-- The NPP clinic is a volunteer sort of thing, the current doctors there put in hours for freeb. But they could probably scrape up some funds to put Helen in a part-time paid position there for now, until she can find other placement?

Elena would totes tap Daedalus for information on SERO, if he was willing to partner with her on gathering information. Internal spy, perhaps?

Unfortunately she doesn't have interesting genetic makeup, but she's a good listener! And does have a few philosophical commentaries to boot!

Unfortunately his affiliation with SERO is pretty loose right now, so he doesn't have a ton on insider's scoop, but if he gets closely involved in corporate affairs, he'd probably privately pass along any concerning information. He does have some access to their published medical research, provided it's not too classified.

He likes professional-types, so I can see Elena getting along fairly well with him!
