TO THE BATMOBILE
Oh man. So I haven't updated my livejournal in a while. NOT TO SAY I DIDN'T WANT TO. Because I actually did typed out something last week and it was so depressing and derpy that I decided not to even bother posting. HURR.
Well yeah. What do you put in there things again? Ummm. I'm 20 now! YEAAAH!!!
And beside the whole depressed realization that I haven't done ANYTHING with my life. Because seriously SERIOUSLY :'| My birthday actually came and gone with not much of a bang but a very lovely fizzle nonetheless!
I've gotten into comic books lately thanks to the influence of Kiku, Hime, Pie, Shouri and way too many people!!
* A * It's very nice. I think it's a way to escape the mundane of life and tell yourself to stick around long enough until you're mentally repressed enough to dress up in a giant bat outfit and fight crime :'V j/k maybe
So it started out pretty innocently with me getting into Young Justice and making this lovely addition here:
YOU KNOW I ACTUALLY HAD A GUY IN LA ASKED ME "HEY ROBIN WHERE'S BATMAN?" ????
...and then it ended up with this
I gotta get a new shelf for my comics. WELL TO BE FAIR. My law book is fucking huge....and took up the majority of the space.
OH. Cosplay wised. I totally finished Enma Ai's kimono.
I gotta fiddle with the ties and add in the red bias tape at the collar because this pretty much was a test RIGHT after I found out the cosplay contest I was gonna enter this in was canceled :V so the ties were pretty much scraps that we used for "technical purposes" lol. Ugh ignore the crossed out face my face was nasty as hale.
Here's the wig and make up test for it. Not as striking without the contacts I GUESS but we do what we can lol. = v = b Good shit, man.
I really should be doing Japanese homework right now but I'm procrastinating cause I'm freaking out OHOHOHOHO.
Anyway this Friday Blue and I will be doing a drawathon. Exciting stuff = v = I might actually have enough art done now to do an art dump soon too WHAT?? SIREN DOING AN ART DUMP WITHIN A PERIOD OF TIME THAT IS LESS THAN HALF A YEAR? why yes.
YEAH SO thus conclude my "I am attempting to not make my journal a pit of depression" entry - v - b Have a good day, guys.
