Anime Expo con report
Okay. So I guess after that god awful depressing entry yesterday. I should actually get off my ass and post about the actual con now. Not gonna lie, this was one of the most hectic con I've ever done. But considering I haven't done that many, I can't really say anything. lol It's also the first one that I've planned on cosplaying all 4 days so aaaaaah. TIRING!
So um. Let's start at the beginning, I guess. So last Monday, I went with Shouri and Blue and my best friend, Kelcie to Chino to pick up our buttons. It...kinda didn't work out how we wanted to. So we ended up going to the beach to kill time!
It was fucking freezing.....lol
We actually made a sign that said "APHANONMEME" but the water washed it out :(

On day 0, my college friend Jaime and I went to pick up the Canannies (Canadians + Annie). That was exciting even if I had to get up at like fucking 5 AM. Ahhhh. That day was so hectic. And then afterward we gotta pick up Kelcie and her boyfriend. AND THEN get Cake and Mari ; O ; I WAS SO TIRED!! And the fact that I waited in line for 3 hours for my pass didn't help. lol
And then Day 1 was a big ball of fun too. /end sarcasm Nah actually to be perfectly honest I don't even remember what the fuck happened that day....l-lol I JUST REMEMBER BEING REALLY COLD???
So I stole Blue's jacket and Pie's scarf....cause I'm a sad person....
And this is like the ONLY pic I got of me as Seychelles. lol...
The second day was kinda hectic. Cause it was my most complicated cosplay. Gurdy the moogle! And my entire moogle team was not finished?? So we had to like work on it right before the cond

I'm starting to see a bit of a pattern here. H-hahahaha.....
But anyway. After Artist Alley that day, Blue wanted to go see Toy Story 3....BUT I GUESS WE NEVER REALLY GOT TO IT?? But I along with Mari and Cake and my assistant/other best friend Julie stayed over and mooched off their place ; 3 ; it was very kind of them to let us be such a bother. Aaaaah.
The third day was fem Korea.
This picture isn't even mine...it's Cake and I just stoled it from her. Hahaha. I don't even have my wig on yet. Aaaaah. Sadness. BUT ANYWAY.
That night was really fun ;; But sad. Cause Shouri was gonna leave the next day. So we ordered pizza and crashed in Greece's hotel at first
Pizza circle!! And Julie made a beeramid with all of the empty Mike's bottles.....I helped contributed a lot. LOL. IS IT BAD THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO DRANK THE MOST THE ENTIRE WEEKEND....even though I was one of the younger ones? :'|
The next morning I had to take Julie back home cause she got to register for her classes online. And then I took Shouri to the airport with Blue. :( It was really sad cause she was the first one to leave....and Blue and I were like "OMG SHOURI ; A ; " and she was just kinda like "- A - / bye guys" lol...she's so composed compared to us.
So afterward Blue and I rushed back to the con. We both only worked for like...3 hours that day. H-hahaha. I don't even know if I made enough for the gas that I bought earlier that morning....but anyway. The con didn't matter. Cause afterward. We split up to go back to the hotel. And then decided to chill there for a bit and then went out to get dinner!
And I apologize for my face for the last few days of pics. Cause by this point I was just so tired I didn't want to deal with make up anymore...:')

The amount of food that we ate was pretty fucking scary.
So afterward everyone went to Cold Stone for dessert and Julie and I walked around to walk off the food. Also I got to walk her to her car cause I didn't want her to get killed or something on her way there. (BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN I WAS ALONE AFTER??)
Everyone went on a booze run. Hahaha. Which was nice. EVEN THOUGH I ENDED UP DRINKING THE MOST AGAIN.
The next morning, I wanted to take everyone somewhere...but apparently this group like its sleep. So I just snuggled with Cake in bed for like an hour waiting for everyone to get up. And then we went to get breakfast at Denny's!
I have no idea why we got like....1029830129 pics of people drinking coffee but...
Afterward we went back to the hotel and started packing up. And that took forever. And then I took the people who needed to go to the airport along with Blue while Greece took everyone else into LA's fabric district to get cosplay supplies.
Not gonna lie, it was one of the HARDEST goodbye I've ever done. :'( Which sounds kinda sad considering this is the first time I've met the three of them in real life. Hahaha....but we went to see them off as sad as it was.
Then Blue and I went to Little Tokyo to meet up with Greece, Mari, Cake and Greece's friend to have one last meal together. After that we drove back to my house so Mari and cake can pick up their stuff.
And I might or might not cried
A lot.
Hahaha. So sad.
So then I gave Blue a ride back to her house...it was pretty sad seeing how empty my car was after everyone went home. And it was even worse seeing how quiet my house was now too. But it's okay. Life does go on, I guess. And no matter how much I wanted us to stay with each other, it was time to get back to reality.
So thank you, guys. Thank you for giving me one of the best weekend I've ever had in my life. And letting me feel so much a part of a group. Just to copy Blue, it was one of the saddest and happiest Anime Expo I've ever gone through. ;; And I hope that we'll all meet each other again and make even more memories together!
