Question about hair!

For those of you who know what I look like without me posting pictures... I want some opinions! First of all...hair length? What looks better, the short, around the chin layers, or longer? My hair is at an awkward poofy stage. I am getting restless. Also, hair color! We all know I love to dye my hair, and i am getting restless with that too. I am sticking to the non permanant colors though, the herbal essences kind of thing. Options include: dirty/dark blonde, auburny color, and light brown. My hair has been all of these colors in the last year! Opinions on that, as well. If you have other ideas either about cut or color, share!
