Mind "Control" TV Show
During a bit of down time I watched part of the show Mind Control with Derren Brown on the Sci Fi channel website.
There was a segment on how he influenced some people at an ad agency. I think it's segment 5.
Here's an excerpt from an interview with him where he explains:
"you'll see me with a couple of advertising executives at their office, and they ask me to come up with an advertising campaign for a series of taxidermy stores. You know, stuffed animals. They come up with a design, and I've already pretty much predicted what they're going to come up with, but the kicker is I explain exactly how it's done and how I kind of influenced them using the very techniques that they kind of use on us."
The last part of it is explained when we get to watch the ad guys taxi ride to the office to meet with Brown.
I've always been fascinated by ads, commercials, and how people get influenced by them.
