Start in beginner's mind.
Observe from an Anthropological viewpoint - Be a scientist studying you. No judgments. Be in the moment.
1.Everything you resist, persists.
For every action there's an equal and opposite reaction.
Everything needs energy to survive. Including undesirable behavior patterns.
You push against something it pushes back.
2. No two things can occupy the same space at the same time.
The players you have in your life at this moment, the thoughts, emotions, etc. are what you have.
Life shows up as it is in that moment.
You are sitting where you are sitting in any given moment. You can only be exactly as you are.
It is what it is. This moment is a perfect moment of now.
3. About transformation itself: Anything that you see and allow it to be exactly as it is without judgment will complete itself.
