Hey Dustin: My 15 minutes

I have been inspired by dustin-00 and his consistent exercise routine.
Since last Wednesday I've been doing 15 minutes or more of movement. I feel less stiff and more mobile.
He gave me some really good pointers via email, and reminded me about the "just do 5 minutes" rule. No ifs, ands or buts...and it works.
We also talked about reasons for wanting to be consistent with exercise, and I was able to come up with some that resonated for me.
Yeah.
