We'll be sending you information on catching the Sirens Shuttle, attending the Sirens Supper if you purchased the extra ticket for dinner, and participating in the Sirens compendium if you're a presenter. Volunteering
Are you interested in helping out presenters and other attendees? On Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, we have volunteer shifts available for audio-visual setup, room monitors, and information desk helpers. Please visit the Volunteers page and join the Google Group. On the same page, you can read about ways to volunteer and see the open slots on the volunteer schedule. Once you've joined the group, you can e-mail your preferred volunteer times to [volunteers2009 AT sirensconference.org]. No experience is necessary; a volunteer orientation will be held the evening of Thursday, October 1, after the keynote presentation.
