Another great video from you! Thank you. I haven't been able to get on LRO for a few weeks now. The always recognized me until one day it didn't. I have forgotten my password, so I went through the steps to have it reset...I'm supposed to get an email, but I never have. I've done this several times now. Any ideas other than to register with a new name??
