Ask for an extension on the work!!
As tempting as it is to not need an extension and play super-hero, that's unnecessary hardness for "no good reason".
Get an extra week and take care of yourself. Then write a reflective analysis on "self-care". :p

I really do hate that you are going through this, I wish there was something that I could do.
