2nd complaint
I just made my second complaint to the FTC regarding robocalls I've received from (801)846-6565. I've gotten three in the last month and a half from this number in particular, despite twice requesting they remove my number from their lists. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. This time I even tried talking to one of their "agents" to get them to stop and the person not only mumbled incoherently, but also hung up on me midway through my first sentence. These calls make me so mad I literally shake with rage. So for every call I get, I'm going to file another complaint, add it to the record, and wait to see when something gets done about it. Besides, who is seriously stupid enough to refinance with a company that spam-calls them? Yet another company gripe to add to my growing list, including Apple's cultish mentality and insanely brief hardware lifespan enforced by their constant release of new new new (seriously, how much industrial waste are they producing because people need to upgrade NAO!).
