The best week of my life. Let's see...
Saturday, Angela's and Rachel's halloween parties. Angela's party was pretty fun, she had a dj and her house is freakin huuge. I went with Bryan, and we stayed for about an hour and then went to Rachel's. Lol Rachel's was so fun, we took some crazy pictures and videos of all of us dancing. Her little brother had the cutest ninja costume :)
Then monday was me & Ej's 1 year anniversary. He got me chocolates <3
I can't believe it's been a year already. I love him so much, more than ever. Our day was so perfect, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I went straight to his house after rehersal. We spent a few hours alone together, then went out trick or treating for about half an hour, then went back to his house and spent the rest of the night together. It was perfect. He's so perfect.
...And finally wednesday.
The Nine Inch Nails show was fucking amazing.
It was at the MCI Center, so there was the stage and then a fence surrounding it about 8 to 10 feet away. I was grabbing onto it for most of the show, we were so close. I could see the sweat dripping down their faces. I could see the guitarist's eyelashes.
The opening bands were pretty good. Death from Above 1979 and Queens of the Stone Age. That took until about 8:45, then NIN came on at about 9:30. I got such a rush, it was incredible. They were so good. They didn't play as many songs as I would've liked, and now that I think about it, not as good a selection... but it was still amazing. They played 7 or 8 songs off of With Teeth, and then only a few off of every other CD. They only played 2 songs off The Fragile, and that's got 2 discs, so I was a little disappointed.
Right when they came one, though, everyone started pushing and shoving to get to the front. I had to freaking elbow this girl in the face so I could stay where I was. After half an hour we were all just a huge sweaty mess. The whole front of my shirt was soaked just from being pushed into other people, and I think I sprained both my ankles, but it's the things like that that make it memorable lol.
Oh, and Ej got some amazing pictures. I'll post them when I can.
