Sitting here thinking that I should really be studying for World Music.
Life is good. The first UWM Symphony concert took place on Friday. I thought we fell kind of flat at the very end. The audience wasn't too enthusiastic after Shostakovich's 9th Symphony. It is sort of anti climatic.
I may be trying out a new viola tomorrow. I have basically been told by more than one person that my current viola is a piece of crap. It has a very nice sound, but it's more of a student model. Not that I'm not a student. Anyway, I'm selling it and possibly my bow/old case so if anyone knows anyone who is interested, let me know.
