Welcome back!

I have seen it, yes. I only remember because it says it's narrated by Liam Neeson. I've seen so many Shackleton documentaries that they've all started to blend together in my mind. Maybe there should be a tag for films.

I know there was one film that was pretty amazing because they actually built a replica James Caird and replicated the journey to South Georgia with it. I think. It was an IMAX movie, because I remember reading that the boat had to be built in the same traditional way as the real James Caird, because on that huge screen it would be too obvious if people could see modern screws and nails. I can't remember if this was it, though.

Let's see, yes, on Netflix I gave it 3/5 stars. It was ok.

I remember there was also a film that showed Hurley's footage with added sound effects - like the Endurance breaking up in that trailer scene, with crashing timber noises. I didn't like that. But again, I can't remember which film it was.

Oh, I think the one with the boat was "Shackleton's Antarctic Adventure." Which I also gave 3/5 stars.

And then there's also "South," which is the actual film (combined with still photos) made my Hurley himself. I give it 4/5.
