An Entry, really?
Yes, that's right... I'm writing in here. I'm just posting to update.
First off, work. Work is such a roller coaster. I'm loving the change to be around so much talent and new photographers, tourists from around the world, but not so much for this corporate bullshit and a touch of racism. I've been going out and doing a touch of networking.
I've looked into a few types of photography such as street and event but I'm getting bored with it. I'm moving toward fashion and editorial and learning more about controlled light. And still looking into going to school next year. it gives me time to work on my portfolio and stuff. I'm not going to go to school because I feel I need to learn alot more, just refine it and practice as well as open doors in terms of credit, a BA goes alot farther then nothing...
Monday I got to meet up with a bunch of people from ModelMayhem. It was a humbling experience. I thought my stuff was good, and I see I have alot to learn. Alot. It wasn't really a self pity thing as much as a challange, a new standard of which to set my work by and try achieve. Lets see what comes of it.
