Well, it seems like Blogger has finally gone and broke completely, I can't post at all for some reason, so for now I'll just post on livejournal, which I've been thinking about switching to anyways.

Well, time for the monthly mp3s! Nah, just kidding, promise I'll be posting more often. I've been out of the country on a secret mission to crack the Super Secret Soviet Submarine! While onboard I snagged a few unreleased tracks for the freedom-loving Amerikan Publik.
Got some good one's for ya. First two new Fiona Apple tracks, supposedly off of her new album which has supposedly been shelved by Sony for reasons we can only speculate at. Or maybe they are just leaking a few tracks to whet our appetite? Who knows, who cares? The tracks rock!...
First up is the track I'm partial to, "Better Version of Me, which has a similar vibe to "Fast as You Can", which is probablly my favourite Fiona Apple song of all time. My roommate is partial to Extraordinary Machine", which is the title track of the album. To me it sounds like a cross between a showtune and carney music, but it's growing on me.
Next up is another tune I snagged from the Red October; This is the last track from Bjork's new album, Medúlla, due out August 30 or 31, depending on the time zone you happen to be hiding in. The track is Triumph of a Heart.
