wtf is going on with my desktop? almost got a virus a few weeks ago, but av nabbed it. then today i boot up, it is working fine. i go down to do laundry, and i get back up and its saying keyboard failure. okay, shit, maybe some static or something from the sweats i was folding. switch the usb port, of course the cable was plugged in back, but who knows, the lights were still working. and it picked up on the new port. i set it to hibernate, go to work, and come home, and its dead, all of my usb ports are dead, the 6 in back, and the 2 in front. so yeah... wtf? of course the machine is telling me that one of the usb devices is malfunctioning, and to click here. WITH WHAT??? lol, shit damn and fuck. so i'll pick up a pci -usb card tomorrow, give that wa whirl and hope its just the drivers somehow got fugged up. if not, we'll see if its still under warranty, because as much as i'd like to just drop some cash on a new computer, preferably a mac, but pcs are cheaper at this point, i just don't have the cash for either right now. fuck fuck fuckity fuck.
