Today was pretty decent (lol! Ainsley! lol!)
School was okay, and went by fairly quickly. That was nice. I worked on calc during lunch, and JUST got it finished in time.
After school, I stayed with my group to work on an Earth Science project due Thursday. That went oooooookay... I didn't feel like I contributed a whole lot, but I did some, at least. After all, -I- brought the laptop... and offered some sweet ideas.
After that, Ainsley and I went to go hang out with Willem at his house. We played a lot of Super Mario Bros. 3, and I learned that my old school gaming skills have definitely decreased. Willem's still pretty good at it though... and at least I'm still better than Ainsley.
Also, the battles in SMB3 give SO much more depth to that game, trying to win turns and that sort of thing. I'd never even played it like that.
el-oh-el moment... so, Ainsley brings up a LOT when I told her she was "decent looking, and had a nice personality". That was supposed to be completely nice. Anyway, she asked me what I'd say if the person was ugly, and I said, "Probably just that they have a nice personality". Apparently that dug the hole deeper. Anyway. She told everyone about it, and I was always "oh dear" every time.
Tonight, Ainsley was cold, and Willem said something about "us skinny people" not being cold. Man. He topped me, he wins.
Willem also played some guitar for us.... Stairway to Heaven, mainly. It wasn't too bad for him not playing in awhile. We both tried to remember the words... good times.
We watched "Corner Gas" (pretty funny, I lol'd), and Degrassi... and I don't even know why we watched that. Then we played more SMB3.
We all got Frosties at Wendy's. I got one of the oreo whatever ones, and turns out they give you a tiny cup of ice cream with a package of oreo cookie crumbs... it was pretty lame.
Driving home was scary at times, but mainly good. I haven't felt that level of exhilaration since the fair. =P
And now I'm home. I didn't do any stats, but I'll work on that tomorrow at lunch... at least, that's the plan.
