Totally have today off. Although I'll sleep 90% of it away, I don't have to work. Which is good.
Basically, I've changed games again. I haven't played Stronghold in a few days, and I've started playing Quake 3 + System Shock 2. FPS sort of mood lately, I guess.
BOOM, HEADSHOT! I CAN DANCE ALL DAY, I CAN DANCE ALL DAY! TRY AND HIT ME! TRY AND HIT ME, C'MON! TRY, TRY, JUST TRY! BOOM, HEADSHOT! BOOM, HEADSHOT! BOOM, HEADSHOT!
*clears throat*
Aaaaaaaaaaaanywayyyyy...
Basically, I've been playing Quake on the second highest difficulty (out of 5). Like, it often takes me several tries before I'll beat a level, but I usually play games on easy or normal difficulty, so now that I'm actually trying to challenge myself, I'll probably get lots of skillz.
Yeah. Basically, that's it. Been watching a lot of movies too, someday I'll have to write 'em all down, y'know, just so I can keep track of how many movies I watch now. Which is a significant increase from the average of zero a year I'd watch by myself any other time.
Probably in my best interests to head to bed. L8er.
...but btw, I went to go see Billy last night (it was his drop-in-party-thing, he's leaving for Calgary). Everyone was nice and hammered by the time I got there. I dropped off a card, wished him well, etc. Basically, now I'm officially the one with the most seniority at Hartlen's, even though I know Rosemary's going to get all the +rep. Gayyyyyyyyy.
Also, Laurie was really drunk, and showing me off to everyone, saying: "THAT'S IT GUYS. You're all misbehaving, so we had to get security, so you better behave yourself", etc. Oh lawd.
EDIT: Jon Stewart on stem cell research (and his response to President Bush's veto on it)
