Ninja Gaiden 1: Hardest Game Ever.

Games beaten tonight:
Ninja Gaiden

Speaking of the hardest game ever created... Ninja Gaiden. Even using savestates/etc. it took me SO many tries to beat it. It was nice to finally see the ending from a game that frustrated me to no end in my childhood.

I played a bunch of Final Fantasy 6 as well.

Nickie hung out with me until about 12:00, and was super and brought me an extension cord from my house.

I didn't have the car tonight, so I got to sit in one of the nice ones in the lot. I COULD'VE moved the car over by the plug instead of getting an extension cord, but basically I figured I probably shouldn't.

So, no more security work for 4 days. However, I'm at Hartlen's tomorrow today. The next day, I have off. I believe Nickie and I are going to go biking somewheres... or at least, that's the tentative plan.

Gonna try and get some sleep. Probably going to grab some coffee at work, 4 and a half hours really doesn't cut it.

EDIT: Funniest thing I've read today:

Your Rights Online: RIAA Claims P2P Has Been Contained

Magorak writes "USA Today is reporting the RIAA now claims that the issues surrounding P2P and piracy have been contained and are no longer as big an issue as they once were. From the article; 'The problem has not been eliminated,' says association CEO Mitch Bainwol. 'But we believe digital downloads have emerged into a growing, thriving business, and file-trading is flat.'"

...um, LOL. Basically, piracy is getting WORSE, not better. Like, I remember reading statistics recently about piracy in an Asian country (China maybe?) that saw it bordering 90% or 98% of all software was pirated, or something like that. Ridiculous, anyway.

But, yeah. One guy on Slashdot said it best:

"If you cannot win, claim victory."

...

"Mission Accomplished"
