Well been an interesting few weeks.
Got results from my last 2 assignments, a HD and a D which I was very happy with. Did really well on my 2 week army course and have been able to spend quality time with my family.
Cept my Nana isn't the best she is always out of breath and the Doc isn't sure why. She has to go in for more tests this week. I went over on the weekend and spent like 3 hours working in her garden. She can't do it anymore and its something she has always loved. Even little things like its time to plant Tomatoes! So hopefully the docs find out soon and can help her.
Work has been pretty easy this week, and we have a bit of a night out planned on Thurs (Are you really -that- suprised?!?) So should be fun!! Ren flies in Fri morn and we spend the weekend down here together. She has a farewell for one of her best friends who is moving to the UK.
One of my best friends has just deployed to Afghanstan and he is in bomb disposal. Typically as macho guys it was really hard to express feelings. I told him to take care and stay in contact, and I gave him a small medal of Saint Michael (the Archangel), the patron saint of Soldiers. He really appreciated it and said he would attach it to his dog tags.
Oh and I missed my dogs so much! They just won't let me out of their sight at home! so cute!
