So here I am at home on saturday. At home. Concert has been put back to next week.
I managed to cancel my hostel tickets but virgin trains? Or at least their Nohelpatallline?
Pathetic.
I rang Friday evening only to be put on hold for about one hour and then be disconnected. Only to ring back and find out they had all gone home because it was past their bed times or something.
So I rang yesterday, at a very very reasonable hour this time and the lasy said I would only be getting a full refund after what happened if I managed to ring between 800am and 830am today, which I have.
So I get up earliy on a saturday and ring, and now they are telling me because my train is running they can neither give me a refund, nor move the date.
So they advised me to "send a letter" just in case.
Bastards. Those tickets cost me a lot of cash.
