Which is good, because I've been wanting Friday to happen for a while now. All day today felt like Friday. Tomorrow I weigh in, and I've had a really good week. I lost 2.7 last week, and if I lose this week, it will be my 5th week in a row (though last week was the first big loss in a while). I'm pretty excited about that, since I had been on a kind of up-and-down plateau for a while. I don't think I'll make my goal for February (frankly, it probably wouldn't be a healthy rate of weight loss at this point), but I'm still feeling really good :) I've started running a couple days a week at the gym, and now that I have some stretches from one of the therapists at work, it doesn't hurt as bad as it used to. I still don't love running, but I hate it a little bit less, and I love how it makes me feel :) I'll let y'all know how tomorrow goes :)
