Lollapalooza was freaking awesome. Best concert I've ever gone to. Totally worth the ticket price.
Billy Idol's set was freaking awesome, and I got his autograph after.
I hope it's in Chicago again next year. Minus the horrible heat (104 degrees at 3 pm. It was bad) I had fun. I hardly even complained about the heat actually. Probably because I kept dumping water all over myself.
Billy Idol, Weezer, Pixies, The Killers, and The Arcade Fire were freaking awesome.
International Noise Conspiracy, OK Go, The Ponys, Kasabian, M83, Cake, and Louis XIV were all really good too.
Death Cab, Liz Phair, and Ben Kweller were all....eh. Good I guess, but I probably wouldn't have seen them if people I was with didn't want to.
I missed WAY too much of the Pixies because of a really bad headache. But what I saw was amazing.
