Jan 14 I place an order for 3 English and 3 Spanish aluminum signs that say No Skateboarding, No bicycling, etc. When I placed the order on the phone I mentioned to the customer service rep that oh, by the way, your website shows the Spanish sign with the word for bicycle spelled incorrectly. I even spelled it for her. She said she'd let the art department know and I would get an email if there were any problems. No email arrived.
Jan 21 the signs arrive. LO and behold, the Spanish sign has bicycle spelled wrong. It should've been spelled as BICICLETA not biciicleta.
I call to complain and ask for new signs. I'm told I will get an email the next day with the new shipment of corrected signs. No email arrives the next day.
Jan 28 I finally call and email to complain saying I want my corrected signs by Fri, Feb 8 or I'll reverse the order! I get an email back saying the order has been placed and they'll arrive soon. Hoorah! Or so I thought.....
Feb 7 the "corrected" Spanish signs arrive.
Guess what word is spelled incorrectly....AGAIN! *whap whap whap*
Guess this means I'll be reversing the charge until they can send me FIXED signs. *growls*
