Okay, now I have an actual time for my arrival in Portland: the sunday of memorial day weekend, which I guess would be the 28th!!! My bestest friends are coming with me, too, and staying for a whole week! Mary, whom only Adrienne has met before; Mariha, whom the old high school gang has met; and my boyfriend Doug, whom no-one has met! Hooooooraaaayyyyyyyy! I am unbelieveably excited. Did I even mention anything about Doug? Let me just say: we are very much alike, so we know how not to offend each other. He has about a million records, a degree in psychology, great fashion sense, treats me wonderfully, loves Bikini Kill, Chicks on Speed, Le Tigre, the Raincoats, etc. etc. i could go on and on, but I'll just say that I'm incredibly in love. The end. the heat is on in my apt. and it's incredibly hot. idiots. Today is sunny and cool for the moment. I want all of the snow to melt off of the mountains so they can open the backroads!!!! I have been waiting for my favorite canyon road to open for damn near a month now, but I guess not enough snow is melting ... boo hooooooo!
