For some reason I can see Evo!Rogue becoming part of the Brotherhood easier than I can see movie!Rogue.... Although I must admit that I haven't seen any of the shows and am basing this on your fics...

And your Wanda storyline! Scarlet Witch is another of my fav characters... I can't wait to see how she'll react when/if she remembers that he mind was wiped... And how it'll change her relationship with her father and brother. Why did Wanda hate her brother before her mind was wiped?

I love Wanda! So angsty, but oh, she's really trying. And she hated her brother for working for their father and saving him from Wanda's attempt to kill Magneto.
