Dear Sewing-Enabled Friends,
How hard would it be to make a generic elastic-waist full skirt with vertical panels rather than horizontal tiers? Ciaran loves when I wear skirts and I'm coveting some long skirts with panels of velveteen/sari fabric/etc. that I can wear with tunics for a slightly dressier but also girly-love-of-color-patterned look.
How do I figure out how to make it and how much fabric I need?!
