*stabbity*
Sadly, the subject is for real - I was sliding a pair of scissors back into the spare mailbox I keep them in so that nobody steals them from the mailroom and managed to stab myself in the palm, in that fleshy bit right below the base of the thumb, almost in the web of my hand.
Could have been worse - peroxided it but have to resort to a knuckle bandage since the greedy guts here at work have gone through 150 bandaids in the last six months or so!!
