Customer service FTW

Cannot complain about Apple's customer service. My brand new 2-week-old MacBook Pro started making a funny noise when it started up and came out of sleep mode but was otherwise working perfectly. Graham informed me that it was the CD drive (which, to my embarrassment, I didn't even realize it *had*), so I took it to the Genius Bar at the mall...and voila! They pulled out my hard drive and put it in a brand new computer.

Brand new computer with my hard drive = w00t.

I also bought their three-year extended customer service plan. I figured it was a reasonable investment, all things considered.

Also, Graham said mean things about Apple. He is not a fan. Me, I'm a sucker for pretty, classy design.
