Altered mash recipe significantly. Will edit in details.
Collected 6.1 gallons of wort. Boiled 1 hour. Saved 1 gallon more for probiotic beer experiment. (The O.D. of that was around 1.024.)
60 minute additions:
1 oz mugwort
1 oz Yarrow (flowers and stems)
1 oz US Saaz Hops
Flameout addition:
0.2 oz Labrador Tea
I let it cool for a good while and added 1 teaspoon of rehydrated bread yeast. It should be pretty unique and interesting. O.G. was 1.053.
beer
