Sad about books
I have to confess, I am kind of sad about Borders closing.
Yes, I know they put a lot of mom and pop stores out of business, and that is sad too. But it was also really nice to be able to find bookstores in most towns on trips.
I know they made some bad business decisions too, but I think the publishing and book industries in general have some more hard times ahead..
We got some really good recommendations from Borders, like the Mistborn books.
I will probably go pick over the shelves for bargains, still.
