Back Leg Blurs.
Lol, you know London Drain explorers are getting a bit spoilt by all the 160 year old Victorian brickwork when they cant be bothered exploring a newly found Deep Level Relief tunnel that joins three of the original Lost River tunnels together.... just cos its made of concrete.
While the mouse in my room irritates me a bit... he's noisy enough to wake me up (that means he's essentially a Pachyderm in Rodents clothing) and he eats me outta house n home, i enjoy watching all the mice that live in the tube station of the city. They scurry around peoples feet, dodge in and under the live rails and run headlong towards incoming trains. So brazen.
Project Pitchfork have released a new album. While not amazing, its an interesting turn back towards their pre-1998 sound, that is more darkwave-synth than the trudgy electro they've been boringly fudging out over the last 11 years. They've in turn reverted to their mid nighties logo typeface. Its a very nice return to soaring synth powersolos.
I managed to get into an abandoned swimming pool a few nights back. Went with Alias n Rookinella, but we realised after 20 minutes that there was a security guard with us in the building and that our sound was only being masked by a football match he was watching on telly. We left...
...And went to Lots Road Power Station, fuked getting past the security and after an hour or so wandering about we ended up pulling badly choreographed Charlies Angels poses on the roof between the turbine hall n boiler house. Pics pinched from Rookinella
