Panhandle Drainage,

Jul 21, 2008 18:17

These days, as of yesterday, im getting up at 4am to go to work. I broked my bicycle see. Buckled the front wheel n bent the 3rd gear. I nearly threw it in the Cooks River at the time, but held off. Instead im gunna chain it to the ladder rungs down one of Marrickville's drains, leave it there a year. I thought about chaining it up in the tidal section of Rocktop, but it deserves to last longer than 3 weeks.

I saw Subaru Dave in Balmain the other day when i was out with Jessie. He's got a 10 month old wee girl... pimpin'est little miss i ever saw, sitting in the back seat of her Daddies 1974 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

About five years ago i got wind of a huge stormwater system in Texas, USA. Known as the Cole Park Detention Vaults, this drain was of mega proportions. However them Texans were keeping their hold-'em-pokers close to their chests, n its taken till now for really good images of this monster system to emerge.

They sure do build em big.
